Block and report
Stop a wallet from messaging you, report scams so others are warned, and unblock someone later.
Block a message request
- Open the request in Message requests.
- Tap Block, then confirm Block [name]?
You won't get their messages or notifications, and the chat leaves your list. They aren't told. Payments on chain can't be blocked: anyone can still send to your address.
Report a wallet
Report scams, impersonation and harassment. Reporting also blocks the wallet.
- In a message request, tap Report. In any chat, press and hold one of their messages and tap Report.
- On Report [name]?, choose whether to keep Include their last 5 messages ticked. Only those messages leave your phone, decrypted, with the report.
- Tap Report and block.
Reports help Morsel warn others about scam wallets.
Unblock
Open the chat again, from a payment with that wallet, from New chat, or from Message on their wallet. It says You blocked this wallet. Tap Unblock.
Mute instead
There's no mute for a single chat. To quiet all chats, turn off New messages or the Chats sound in Settings → Preferences → Notifications. See Notification settings.
