What is Morsel
Morsel is a self-custody wallet for the SVM networks. Today it supports Cookie Chain and Solana, on iPhone, Android and Chrome.
Morsel is a wallet for the networks that run on the Solana Virtual Machine, the SVM. Today that means two of them: Cookie Chain and Solana. You hold your own keys. There is no email, no sign-up and no Morsel account.

Self-custody, in plain words
When you create a wallet, Morsel makes a Secret Recovery Phrase on your device. That phrase is the wallet. It never leaves your phone or computer, and Morsel's servers never see it.
This has two sides:
- Nobody can freeze or move your funds except you. Every payment, swap or signature needs your approval.
- Nobody can recover your wallet for you. If you lose your device and your phrase, the wallet is gone. That's why the first thing to do is back up your Secret Recovery Phrase.
One wallet, two networks
Your wallet works on Cookie Chain and Solana with the same address. Morsel shows one network at a time, so the balance, tokens and activity you see always belong to the network named at the top. Switching takes one tap. See Cookie Chain and Solana.
| Cookie Chain | Solana | |
|---|---|---|
| Native token | COOK | SOL |
| Network fees paid in | COOK | SOL |
| Names | .cook | .sol |
| NFT marketplace | Baked Bazaar | Many |

Where Morsel runs
Morsel is one wallet on three platforms: the iPhone app, the Android app and the Chrome extension, which works as a popup or in Chrome's side panel. A few features depend on the platform, and every guide shows where it applies. See Download Morsel.
