What Morsel will never ask
The short list of things no one from Morsel will ever ask you for, and how to reach real support.
Scammers pretend to be Morsel. This list makes them easy to spot.
Morsel will never
- ask for your recovery phrase or private key, anywhere, for any reason;
- ask for your password;
- ask you to send funds to "verify", "unlock", "upgrade" or "protect" your wallet;
- DM you first on X, Discord, Telegram or anywhere else;
- ask you to connect your wallet to a site to fix a problem;
- ask you to install anything except the Morsel apps from morselwallet.app/install;
- ask you to sign in to Morsel. There's no account to sign in to.
Morsel puts it plainly in the app: Morsel will never ask for them. No support agent, site or app ever needs them.
Real support
- The Help center is at support.morselwallet.app.
- You can email support@morselwallet.app.
- Support may ask for your app version, your device, your public address or a transaction ID. Those are safe to share. Nothing else is needed.
